Hervé : a French Leader in Santa Marta
Herve spent at first several years in Colombia notably to Medellin where he had his first restaurant of French traditional cooking. This cook of the region of Reims possesses the gift to adapt the finest flats to the Colombian pucks, generating a cultural meeting, an union of flavours without border. In 2006, Hervé decides to create the first creperie of Santa Marta, in the North of Colombia.

Caraïbes are the north coast of the country. The region possesses an incomparable ethnic and cultural variety. So called Santa Marta the " Pearl of the Caribs", is considered as having the most beautiful beaches where the sand is fine. In some kilometres hardly, is the Natural reserve Tayrona and behind her, the Sierra Nevada where are the diverse native communities, Arhuacos and Koguis, and the fabulous archeological sites ( Ciudad Perdida). Santa Marta and his paradisiac bay is the tourist center the most desired by the country.
